Our pressure treated posts are extremely durable and are optimal for pasture fencing, residential fencing, roadside fencing, and property borders.
Our customers receive top quality fence posts on each truckload that leaves Old South Wood Preserving, LLC.
Each batch is drilled and tested for preservative penetration and strength after the treatment process and before shipping them to you the customer.
Our fence posts can be treated .40 CCA, .60 CCA, or .15 CAC.
Old South Wood Preserving, LLC is widely known as a supplier of high quality “Perfect Posts”. Our Perfect Posts are manufactured from tight-grain southern yellow pine and can be treated to .40 CCA, .60 CCA ,or .15 CAC.

We stock flat sided or “face” fence posts in 5” and 6” diameter.
Faced posts provide a convenient flat surface to nail boards or wire to instead of the traditional round fence posts.

Our fence boards are pressure treated in CAC .06, CAC .15, or .60 CCA and can be placed on the same truck with fence posts for your convenience.
At Old South Wood Preserving, LLC we take pride in offering our customers a great quality fence picket, otherwise known as Dog-Eared Fence Boards. Dog eared fence boards are commonly used for privacy fences and come in 6ft and 8ft lengths.
Our dog-eared fence boards are kiln dried BEFORE we pressure treat them to ensure that they absorb as much preservative as possible and stay straighter for longer after they are installed.
The sizes that we currently offer are:

We also offer 4”x4” or “Square” posts as a great alternative to round posts. These posts feature a full 4’’x4’’ size and are treated with .60 CCA and are guaranteed to last 50 years.
